Susie Darwish
Susie (she/her) graduated from the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Biology and Psychology Education. Following graduation, Susie began pursuing her passions for healthcare and education through various roles. She has worked as a high school tutor and science teacher, educational research technician, and medical assistant. Along with her professional experiences, she volunteered as a crisis counselor at Ozone House in Ypsilanti Michigan. Susie’s interest in genetic counseling was solidified through her participation in Advocate Genetics’ Genetic Counseling Preparation Program. In her free time Susie enjoys trying new foods, going backpacking, and spending time with family.
