  • Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at The University of Michigan-Flint
  • Master's in Biology from The University of Michigan-Flint

I've always been interested in the intersection of human health, nature at large, and biotechnology. Previously in my career I have studied wild edible plants and fungi, parasitology, cancer biology, apoptosis, and nanotechnology. It is with this wide breadth of knowledge that I entered into the Center for Molecular Medicine and Genomics knowing that it was the perfect place to refine my skills as a professional scientist. In the future I hope to work on regenerative and molecular medicine because I believe that we live in the era of Molecular Biology, and that we are in the midst of a radical transformation in the way that we treat disease.
