Bioinformatics Core Facility 

The Center for Molecular Medicine and Genetics has a bioinformatics core facility located on the 3rd floor of Scott Hall to provide bioinformatics tools and servers to all researchers in the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Available services include:

1. Microarray Data Analysis;

2. Microarray Experiment Design;

3. Data Mining;

4. DNA, RNA Sequence Analysis;

5. Protein Sequence Analysis and Modeling;

6. SNP Related Analysis;

7. GCG Servers;

8. Customer Based Requirement Servers;
